The studio
A therapeutic space near Regent’s Park
My purpose-designed therapy studio is part of the Bow Arts project opposite the HS2 build in Euston. It offers two distinct spaces that adapt and accomodate to what you need during your session.
Talking therapy room
This is a warm, comfortable space with natural light and a calming atmosphere. It is a good setting for therapeutic conversations, body and sandtray work.
The art room
Sometimes words aren’t enough to express what we’re feeling. The art room provides a flexible space to explore things in a more inventive way using a wide range of art materials. You can choose from paint, crayons, pencils, pens, clay, collage, and postcards.
It has an extra big table for large or small images and is especially good for expressing lifestories and lifelines. There is also a huge blackboard for chalk work and to mount images so that we can reflect on them together.
Don’t worry if you’ve never made art before – this isn’t about creating masterpieces. It’s about having the freedom to express and explore yourself in new and interesting ways.
